Laptop-twee made by the Nashville-based muscian Logan Hornyack. This album is a mix of Hornyack's classical upbringing and his appreciation of house-music, all pieced together electronically. Lots of the sounds come from Cello and Harp.

Andre Cymone - The Resurrection of Funk
LOCAL funk. Andre Cymone has been making solo albums since 1981, known for his mix of funk and new wave. Prior to that he was also a touring member of Prince's band.

Debut album from this trio of sisters. As the granddaughters of legendary Sam Cooke, sisters Kucha, Zeimani and BG grew up singing their whole lives.

Third album from this UK post-punk band. Super eclectic instrumentation, Poor Bannister is a little banjo number about puking on the bus, while Probiotic gives big Britpop energy while complaining about modern wellness culture.
