5ifth House

5ifth House is a creative collaboration of Yawa Gwen and SoulFlower. Meeting in late 2022 at a Cherry Pit show. S.F and Yawa met after and jammed and then ended up doing their first show together performing a song they just wrote together. After that the summer was filled with fun local gigs and music played into late nights. 5ifth House name has the intention of fostering a space that is safe for creative expression and making the accessibility to one’s creative force known and accessed. I think it blossomed from a place of openness and connection. That has taken us both farther into our own artistry.
